Group tours and rates are available for groups of 12 or more making advance reservations at least one week prior to your visit. To qualify for a group rate, groups must also make payment for the entire group in one transaction unless special arrangements have been made with us upon date reservation. Our Myst'ry River Voyage tour is one hour in length, so groups should allow at least 1 1/2 hours of time at Bluespring Caverns Park. Generally, the maximum group size we are able to accommodate on the tour within a one-hour period is 32 persons for adult and teenage groups and 35 persons for child groups, though larger group sizes are possible weekdays in April, May, September & October. Larger groups may be separated into two or more tour times. Visiting groups should also consider our additional group experiences listed below. Other available facilities include our unique gift & souvenir shop, picnic areas and shelter, and our 1/2 mile nature trail. |

$10.00 per person. Tour escort and bus driver are complimentary for groups of 25 or more.
Organized Youth Groups (under age 18)
$6.00 per person. Adult chaperones pay youth price (limit 1 per 10 youth).
Family Groups
Adults $10.00, Youth (under 16) $6.00
College Groups (students)
$6.00 per person. Instructors are complimentary
School Groups
Grades 1 thru 6: $5.00 per person; Grades 7 thru 12: $6.00 per person
Teachers and bus driver are complimentary. Additional adult chaperones and parents pay school group rate.

Youth and school groups ages 7 thru 13 really enjoy "prospecting" for their
own gemstones!

Each group member receives their own bag of gemstone mining rough and then uses our Myst'ry River gemstone mining sluice to select their rough gemstones to take home with them. Many groups enjoy classifying what gemstones they have found. Activity time is normally 15 to 20 minutes. Many school groups combine this with lunch to allow a rotation schedule with the Caverns tour, especially for larger groups Additional Cost: $3.75 plus tax (tax exempt groups must supply tax exempt number).
Karst Development & Sinkhole Experience |

School groups enjoy the outdoors as they learn about karst sinkholes and observe Indiana's largest sinkhole. |
Participants learn about the interaction of caves and sinkholes in a karst area via discussion of how sinkholes form and function combined with a 1/2 mile interpreted walk in our Emery & Ruth Bolton Natural area which surrounds Indiana's largest sinkhole covering over 10 acres. Activity time is approximately 50 minutes and can be included in a rotation schedule with the Caverns tour for larger groups.
Additional Cost: $3.00 per participant. Teachers and chaperones (limit 1 per 10 participants) are complimentary. |
